The Yihong brand traces its roots to Ms. Li Ting, a woman of remarkable wisdom and resilience. In 1998, at just 16 years old, she made the difficult decision to leave school and become a textile worker to ease her parents’ burdens. While working diligently as a loom operator, she devoted herself to studying textile machinery. Within two years, she had mastered the skill of repairing machines with exceptional proficiency.
During China’s rapid textile industry expansion, Ms. Li Ting recognized the critical role high-quality heddles played in weaving efficiency. Seizing the opportunity, she transitioned into heddle sales, where her timely, honest, and reliable service earned the trust of numerous top-tier textile manufacturers.
From distributing international heddle brands to founding Yihong, establishing an automated factory, and developing reinforced heddles for mass production, Ms. Li Ting has remained steadfast in her mission. History
2000
In 2000, after graduating from university, the company's founder Tina Lee entered the textile industry. She started from the most basic positions to comprehensively learn and accumulate professional knowledge.
2003
In 2003, with initial professional accumulation, Tina joined Groz to engage in heddle after- sales service. She systematically researched and solved the pain points, defects of heddles and their matching relationship with fabrics. She strived to solve product problems for customers, achieving efficiency improvement, cost reduction and value enhancement.
2005
Starting from 2005, founder Tina began her own business, continuing to focus on the heddle and beam fields. Through in-depth cooperation with Taiwan's Yihong Heddles, she continuously improved regional adaptability, materials and craftsmanship to meet customers' expectations for high quality.
2006
Cooperate with domestic steel mills to develop, benchmarking against Swiss Gros wire
2009
Obtained the general agency of Taiwan Yihong Integrated Silk as the only agent in China The company has been renamed from Hantong Textile Accessories Store to Wujiang Yonggu Textile Accessories Co., Ltd
2010
In 2010,they further established a joint R&D team with Yihong to develop and optimize PET chip heddles. With Jiangsu Yonggu Nano Technology Co., Ltd. As the platform, they created value for customers.
2021
In 2021, Jiangsu Yonggu built an independently developed fully automated heddle production plant in Suzhou, becoming the world's first fully automated factory. With more precise and standardized quality, it further helped customers improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance value.
2024
In 2024, Yihong Heddles' annual sales exceeded 1 billion pieces, with a market share of over 35% in China (including Taiwan), and over 50% in Japan, Vietnam and other regions.
